MEZCAL San Cosme is a white or young mezcal elaborated in the region of Oaxaca, México. It has not been aged, it is bottled directly after the second distillation in copper stills.

San Cosme Mezcal Tasting Note

MEZCAL San Cosme is bright, crystalline and has a great body that can be seen on the walls of the mezcal Cup.

Its marked aroma has agave notes, with some hints of caramel, wood and earth.

Its body and aroma are the anteroom for the distinctive flavor of smoked agave, mixed with leather.

Although it lasts for a long time in the mouth, its end is pleasantly warm.
