MiP Rosé is a rosé wine FROM the AOC Côtes de Provence PRODUCED by Domaine Sainte Lucie in France. It is the result of the combination of the varieties of grapes 60% Cinsault, 20% Syrah and 20% Garnacha and an ageing in fine lees for 4 months. It is pressed directly without oxygen. Low-temperature fermentation.

MiP Pink is colored rose petals, smelling this wine is flattering and explosive with notes of white flowers. Flavorfully is a light wine ideal for snacks or frugal meals in summer.

Ideal to accompany with light meals, salads, barbeques and house well with Provencal food. It is the ideal wine to take among friends. Highly recommended to try it with grilled fish from the Mediterranean.
