The Elaboration
As a pure expression of a distilled terroir through the know-how of the house, this wine is truly unique. Elaborated with a single grape variety from a single vineyard, it also perpetuates the tradition of "demi-mousse" champagne. It is a type of champagne that has a delicate effervescence, since its pressure is inferior to that of other champagnes (4.5 bars). The reduced dosage (6g/L) respects its mineral purity.
