Destemming and gentle squeezing of the grape, followed by a long maceration at controlled temperature. Contact with American oak Wood between three and four months.

Sensacional calidad ,precio además esta gente siempre lo hace bien y la bobal la trabajan muy bien es si zona su tierra sus raíces la zona de valencia y utiel. Riquísimo para todos los días bastante recomendable
