It is obtained from Pasificacas grapes to the sun and is aged with the traditional system of Soleras and Criaderas.

Pedro Ximénez Nectar has an intense dark color. Sweet raisin and caramel aromas with a light touch of wood. On the palate it is delicate and very sweet. Persuasive end.
