NU Red 2018

100% Monastrell red wine made by Bodegas La Zafra. With six days of maceration and no barrel aging. Very ripe fruit, with balsamic and spicy touches. Elegant and very complex.

Made in a natural way, spontaneous fermentation with its native yeasts and minimal intervention in the winery.
