Description

Nyetimber makes this Nyetimber Classic Cuvée, a sparkling wine from the Sussex appellation with an alcohol content of 12º.

At 385 acres, Nyetimber is the largest vineyard in the UK and its wine is arguably the most famous. It has grown from the first 35 acres planted in 1987 to become an award-winning estate producing wines that rival the best of Champagne.

Nyetimber Classic Cuvée tasting notes

Appearance: pale gold, fine, soft bubbles.
Nose: fruity, toasty and complex aromas, with honey, almonds, pastries.
Palate: baked apple flavours, very fine and elegant, with a great combination of intensity, finesse and length.
