Description
Panama, located in the Caribbean, is an ideal location for the production of superior quality rum, with ideal conditions for the growth, distillation and maturation of sugar cane in oak barrels, which have an important influence on the taste of premium rum.
Dedicated to Lord Admiral Nelson, who was killed at the Battle of Trafalgar. His remains were returned to England in a rum cask to preserve his body.
Tasting Notes
Nose: sweet, spicy, vanilla, intense cocoa, coffee liqueur and some smoky oak aromas.
Palate: full-bodied. The vanilla accompanies us until the end with notes of milk chocolate, candied melon and jam. Sweet coffee, rose liqueur, sweet pumpkin pie, a little oak and hints of cinnamon. More complex than on the nose.
Finish: medium creamy finish with that vanilla sensation that accompanies us all the way through.
