Description

Oremus Mandolas Tokaji Dry is a sweet wine from Hungary. The name of this wine comes from the ancient way of naming the vineyard from which it comes.

Mandolás, made from the Furmint grape variety, has evolved since its first vintage in 2000 until reaching the current vintage. A series of improvements have been made in all its processes, from the vineyard to its release to the market, coexisting in perfect harmony, the most modern oenology with an ancestral tradition.

Mandolás is a wine that surprises. It is driven by a young, pioneering, revolutionary essence... without fear of exploring, being able to enrich the winemaking tradition of a region as distinguished as Tokaj. A different wine that has managed to break with the past, driving the new present of Tokaj, where dry white wines, led by Mandolás, are opening a new path.

Tasting notes for Oremus Mandolas Tokaj Dry:

Appearance: Pale golden yellow with greenish reflections, bright and clean.

Nose: Intense and elegant aromas, dominated by notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, followed by green apple and subtle hints of white flowers. A slight minerality characteristic of the Tokaj terroir completes its aromatic profile.

Pale: Fresh and vibrant, with a well-balanced acidity that provides vivacity. Flavours of ripe pear, quince and a hint of spice unfold on a persistent mineral background. Its finish is long and refreshing, leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate.
