Description

Orujo Fefiñanes Envejecido is an orujo produced by the Fefiñanes winery.

As soon as the grapes are harvested, they are immediately distilled in discontinuous copper stills to maintain their purity and preserve their delicious aromas. Once distilled, they are infused in natural Galician herbs for the herbal liqueur or left to rest in Galician oak casks for ageing.

Tasting Notes for Orujo Fefiñanes Envejecido

Bright yellow colour, with greenish glints.

The nose is very elegant and harmonious, with delicate hints of herbs, flowers and a slight balsamic touch.
