Description
Pacharán from Navarro made in the traditional way with 100% Navarrese sloes macerated in aniseed, without any other type of flavouring or colouring agents.
Zoco was the first pacharán to be marketed, in 1956. Since then, many things have changed, but today, drinking a glass of Zoco pacharán is tasting the same as it was 100 years ago. The sloes come from different farms in order to reduce the risk of frost and hail, and are harvested at the best moment of ripeness. They are left to macerate for a period of 2-3 months and after resting, they are filtered to guarantee the maximum flavour and brightness of the pacharán.
Intense red colour that will evolve to tile tones as the pacharán matures.
Its aroma is softly fruity on an aniseed background that provokes a fresh entry in the mouth, with the acidity provided by the sloes and balanced by the sweetness of the aniseed.
