Cava Laieta Brut Nature Rosé Gran Reserva is a cava produced by Alta Alella with Mataró (Monastrell). Cava made from organic grapes. The personality of Alta Alella's cavas is reinforced in this cava by the use of its most genuine variety, Mataró. 

The Pale is a rosé wine made by Château d'Esclans with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle from the D.O. Vin du pays du var.

Marqués de Riscal Finca Montico Verdejo is a white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes from an old vineyard located on the Montico estate in Rueda.

Davide is a white wine elaborated with 100% Albariño grapes in the D.O. Rías Baixas by Bodega Davide. 100% Albariño, grown on vines more than 25 years old in the Salnés Valley, Galicia.

Parajes de Callejo is a red wine elaborated by Bodegas Felix Callejo with Tinta Fina and Albillo Mayor in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The quality of the grapes is excellent, small bunches and great balance sugar/acidity.

Senderos De Ukan is a DOCa Rioja wine, made 100% with Tempranillo by Ukan Winery. This wine is the result of a careful selection of Tempranillo vineyards located in different villages in the area.

Tasting notes  

Cava Laieta Brut Nature Rosé Gran Reserva. Aromas of violets and red fruits, typical of the Mataró variety with an undertone of almonds, the result of long ageing in the bottle. Fine bubbles with a fine passage through the mouth, recalling the aromas of red fruits and the aromas from the long ageing in the bottle.  Marked minerality and salinity.Very tasty and persistent.

The Pale. The aromas of candied orange peel and white flowers bathed in minerals are clear and seductive. Pink grapefruit is bathed in meringue sweetness and tempered by cherry pith.Crushed stone dynamism runs through the palate, with melon and lilac on the finish.

Marqués de Riscal Finca Montico Verdejo.On the palate it is fatty, fresh, very unctuous and with a long, round finish. A good acidity together with a period of ageing on its finest lees will keep it fresh over time and preserve all its aromatic complexity.

Davide. Intense and complex aroma dominated by marine notes, white flowers such as honeysuckle, aromatic herbs, light balsamic notes, mint and citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, the wine is fresh, structured and silky. It stands out for its fruity intensity and its long, powerful finish.

Parajes de Callejo.It has an attractive cherry colour with a violet rim. On the nose, very aromatic, marked notes of fruits of the forest, with hints of confectionery, balsamic.The palate is fleshy, lively, with sensations of berries, cinnamon, spices, violets, balsamic and persistent primary finish.

Senderos De Ukan. Smooth and velvety texture, with fine, well-integrated tannins. The fruit remains present, with a refreshing acidity that adds vitality to the whole. Ripe red fruit flavours stand out, accompanied by spicy touches and a slight toastiness from the barrel ageing.
