Cava Laieta Brut Nature Rosé Gran Reserva is a cava produced by Alta Alella with Mataró (Monastrell). This cava is made from organic grapes. The personality of Alta Alella cavas is reinforced in this cava by the use of its most genuine variety, Mataró. After a cold maceration for 10 hours to obtain the characteristic pink colour, the grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the free-run juice, which begins fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Juanfran Asencio's Panettone has been recognised as one of the best, and his care in the selection of raw materials gives it a very high level of quality. Chocolate and orange panettone 550gr is made with the best ingredients in a totally artisan way, the panettone recipe has been elaborated being faithful to the tradition of this product of Italian origin.
