White Selection Pack consisting of Ossian Blanco, Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine and Caraballas Sector 2.8.

Ossian Blanco is a white wine 100% Verdejo V.T. Castilla y León fermented in French oak barrels. Ossian is made entirely from old vines with certified organic cultivation. Some plots have a surface covered with boulders -or codones-, which emerge from the sand. They bear witness to the passage of ancient watercourses. In general, the geology where our vineyards are located was formed in the Cenozoic or Tertiary Era, some 20 million years ago.

Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine is a white wine V.T. Castilla y León obtained from Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo vines.

A wonderful accident, with the appearance of some white grape vines, gave way to more than 20 years of research. The result of this effort was the birth of our first white wine, which will be 10 years old in 2020.
A wine for cellaring and terroir obtained mostly from Sauvignon Blanc, to which a touch of Verdejo and a small alchemy of other white varieties is added depending on the characteristics of the vintage.

Finca Las Caraballas Sector 2.8 is a white wine made from organic Verdejo and Viognier grapes.

SECTOR 2.8 faithfully represents the terroir of a very specific area of Finca las Caraballas, where clay-loam soils of great structure are combined with a clonal selection very well adapted to this soil.

The must is obtained by direct pressing after a variable maceration time, with a slight natural static racking in stainless steel tanks, without the addition of any oenological coadjuvant.
