Tasting note of Pack Ysios + decanter Riedel 2015
The red wine Ysios Reserva is a beautiful ruby red colour with a subtle garnet edging. Clean and shiny, with a magnificent tear, dense and elegant.
Complex nose with good aromatic intensity in which aromas of black fruit, such as plums and blackberries, are accompanied by elegant roasted touches provided by the cask.
Very wide entrance. This red wine is concentrated, complex, with polished and well-integrated tannins. Good structure, good acidity and long and pleasant final persistence. Aftertaste with fruity notes wrapped in spectacular toast.
