Marques de riscal reserve, red wine of the denomination of Origin Rioja elaborated BY Herederos del Marqués de Riscal. The reserves of Marqués de Riscal are basically made from grapes from Tempranillo vines planted before the years 70, located in the best calcareous clay soils of the Rioja Alavesa. This variety supports well the ageing in wood and the aging in bottle thanks to its good acid balance and its fine tannins.
