Description

Pago de Tharsys Vendimia Nocturna is a white wine made with Albariño from the D.O.P. Pago de Tharsys.

This original wine is the result of the adaptation of the Albariño variety to our Pago. The grapes were harvested by hand at night to avoid the high Valencian temperatures at the beginning of September.

Pago de Tharsys Vendimia Nocturna is the only winery in the Valencian Community that harvests these varieties using traditional methods, which guarantees that the grapes enter the winery in optimal conditions, as the enzymatic activity of the grapes is reduced. In this way, oxidation is prevented and their organoleptic potential is maintained.

Pago de Tharsys Night Harvest Tasting Notes

Appearance: Bright pale yellow colour with green reflections. Fine, slow-flowing tears.

Nose: In a still glass, subtle aromas of white flowers appear: jasmine, acacia and white rose. After swirling, intense exotic notes emerge: custard apple, mango and pineapple with fresh citrus touches of grapefruit and lime.

Palate: Fresh and clean entry, with a fantastic balance between acidity and ripeness. Sensation of freshness and liveliness with a long persistence on the palate. Elegant, perfumed and slightly bitter aftertaste. Smooth and unctuous texture, rich and enveloping sensation.
