Complex on the nose. Aromas of fresh fruit, wild blackberries, blueberries or cassis predominate. Violets, grasses of the mountain, and black licorice combine with the soft and sweet toasted shades that the cask brings.
It's a fresh wine and I live in the mouth. With a soft entry and a growing mouth, it stands out for its balance. It leaves us in a aftertaste a memory of special notes-nougat, white pepper, that do not leave indifferent.
