Parxet Brut Rosé is a Brut cava made from Pinot Noir by the Parxet winery in the Cava D.O. Cava.

It is a sparkling rosé wine 100% Pinot Noir with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. To achieve this, they carry out a controlled pressing that separates the skins at precise moments to prevent excess colour from being transferred to the must. It is undoubtedly ideal as an aperitif.

Tasting notes of Parxet Brut Rosé

It has an "onion skin" pink colour and is almost transparent. Surprisingly sharp. It offers classic Burgundy red fruit flavours (strawberries and raspberries).
An elegant, tasty, round and fruity cava.

A mi y a mi mujer nos gusto mucho este cava rosado, lo probamos junto a un pescado al horno y nos pareció ideal el conjunto, lo volveré a comprar
