Description

Paseante La Duda is a white wine from Monterrei made from Godello grapes by Vinos del Paseante.

The part of the Valley is harvested mechanically at night, while the part of the slopes is harvested by hand. They ferment between 16 and 18º without maceration. The wine is aged for three months on high quality lees. Finally, they carefully select the blend so that all the grapes from the small estates embody the essence of Monterrei.

Tasting notes of Paseante La duda

Appearance: bright, clear straw yellow.

Aroma: fruity and white peach aromas appear.

Palate: The aromas of white peach and apricot reappear on the palate in a smooth texture. The finish is lemony, clean, long and elegant.
