Tasting notes of the fight 2014
Walking the fight is intense, pillory, with violet hues.
On the nose many wildflowers like blueberries and violets. When the glass is stirred, the ripe red fruits come out. Fresh and intense.
In the mouth it is of great volume, generous, structured and with round tannins. A large amount of red fruits overwhelm the palate and are perfectly combined with the subtle notes that the barrel provides.
