For its elaboration, master Hervé Deschamps, seventh generation in front of the winery, has personally selected an elegant coupage of floral Chardonnays from the best vineyards in the Champagne region that have been combined with up to 15% of Reserve wines to give consistency to the style, and they have aged for 3 years.
