The mix is composed in its majority of Pinot Noier from wines from all the region of Champagne and Pinot Meuniers of the region of Montagne de Reims.
Piper Tasting Note -Heidsieck Special edition Lipstick
Piper-Heidsieck Special Edition Lipstick is of a clear gold color. Delicate and fine bubbles resulting from prolonged ripening time.
On the nose the fresh fruit dominates with touches of citrus. The finish evokes fresh grapes and a touch of anise.
On the palate is a champagne of great body and well structured. The end is reduced to citrus and grapefruit flavors. Good feeling in the mouth. Harmonious equilibrium.
