Pisco 1615 Puro Acolchado is a pisco that revives the passion for excellence of those pisquero artisans.

It takes its name from the year 1615, when the planting of grapes for distillation was first recorded and the first pisco was produced.

Tasting Notes of Pisco 1615

At first sight, it is clean, bright and colourless. The nose has aromas of sweet fruits such as banana, apple and citrus.

The taste is warm with pronounced notes of apple. The perfect pisco to make pisco tonic and chilcano.
