Premiere Bulle Nº1 Cremant Rosé is a sparkling wine from the D.O. Limoux made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc. In the year 1531 in the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire, a village near Limoux, Benedictine monks observed the appearance of strange bubbles in a wine left to ferment in the bottle ... The first sparkling wine in the world had just been born.
Today, Premère Bulle is a worthy successor to the world's first sparkling wine.
French soft sparkling wine from the Limoux area. Obtained by the traditional method of the region with the varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc aged for 12 months in bottle before disgorging.
