Description
Quinta da Muradella treixadura under veil is a white wine of the Quinta da Muradella winery, with Denomination of Origin Monterrei, from Galicia.
It is a single varietal Treixadura wine fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months under veil in foudre, barrel and tank.
The history of Quinta da Muradella is a story of betting again for the rural environment and for the old vines that had been discarded because of their low yield. Located in the Monterrei area, bordering Portugal and with a climate that is more continental than Atlantic, with hot summers and freezing winters.
Tasting Notes of Quinta da Muradella treixadura Bajo Velo
Appearance. Golden colour with grey reflections. Clean and bright.
Nose. Aromas of white flowers, citrus, chalk, sharp spices, some flower and sea.
Palate. In the mouth it is a dry wine, with good fluidity and cutting acidity, austere, with a marked Atlantic character.
