Description
Rafael Cambra Casa Sosegada is a red wine from D.O. Valencia made by Rafael Cambra from Monastrell, Arcos, Forcallat del arco, Bonicaire and Rojal.
Fermentation took place spontaneously, 70% of the grapes were destemmed and placed in a fermentation vat, and the young wine matured in concrete eggs for 14 months.
Rafael Cambra Casa Sosegada Tasting Notes
The nose intermingles notes of fresh berries with perfumes of aromatic herbs, flowers and a touch of spice.
The palate is medium-bodied and pleasantly textured, with very good freshness, acidity and balance, thanks to its fine, sophisticated tannins. Pure and elegant, infinite nuances and great nobility of character.
