Ramón Bilbao Sauvignon Blanc represents one of the most recent additions to the range of wines presented by Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, complementing its collection with a variety in great demand internationally. This Sauvignon Blanc wine is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes in Castilla y León, and is certified under the Rueda Denomination of Origin.

Tasting notes Ramón Bilbao Sauvignon Blanc

Lemon yellow in colour with a soft intensity. The clarity and brightness stand out, together with the presence of tears. In terms of fragrance, the intensity is remarkable, revealing direct and crisp aromas. The predominant scents are of citrus fruits, tinged with herbal notes and hints of gooseberry. On a secondary level, nuances of passion fruit and wood elements are perceived, which manifest themselves in the form of white and black pepper. On the palate, the intensity lingers, with stimulating acidity and a smooth texture that culminates in a long finish. On the exhale, the fruity and herbal nuances detected in the aroma return.

As for food pairing, highly recommended with fish, seafood, sushi and steamed vegetables.
