Description
Reymos is a wine of Valencia, of low graduation sparkling and sweet, elaborated with grapes of the variety Moscatel of Alexandria by the method Charmat. Natural fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle.
Reymos Wine was born as an alternative to traditional mistelas and dry wines made with Moscatel grapes.
The wine Espumos Reymos is ideal as a companion of fruit salads, puff pastry and tea pasta. Service temperature between 5 º and 6 º C.
Reymos Tasting Notes
Reymos Sparkling wine is a straw-yellow colour with greenish edging.
In the nose are mixed fruit aromas (apple, orange) with notes honeyed, aniseed and balsamic.
In the mouth it is pleasant, with a medium concentration, magnificent bubble behavior, good balance and refreshing and fruity finish.
