Description
Sustainability made rum. The first organic rum in the Dominican Republic. Limited production rum made from fresh sugar cane juice, extracted from one of the oldest and wildest fields.
Aged in selected cuts of oak wood without previous use, packed in a majestic case made of vegetable fibre from sugar cane and its description printed in organic ink.
Barceló Organic is the result of Barceló's extreme commitment to sustainability, through a cultivation methodology developed from the robust implementation of its RB360 sustainability code.
Tasting Notes
Intense amber colour.
Aromas of caramelised cherry, cocoa and tobacco. Fleshy fruit notes stand out at first line, but toasted dried fruits and pink pepper appear in the background. Clean and pure on the palate, with a long, smooth finish.
