In the Chablis vineyard 750 hectares are classified as Premier Cru of 17 "Climats". This mention is a distinction granted to certain climates whose wines are traditionally of a superior quality. Only 11% of wines harvested in Burgundy can claim this privilege.

Ropiteau Premier Cru Vaillons is a very light golden color. Lush nose with vanilla, mocha and exotic notes. Mouth fruity and very nice with fruit notes. Wide, strong and meaty. Great aging power.
