

Rutte celery gin is a gin of the type Oude Simon genever obtained by traditional distillation of the botanical components, to which is added the so-called "wine of Malta", obtained from the distillation of grains of wheat, rye and barley malt. Aged in oak casks, at least a year.
The botanical components, are the classics of these gin, being kept the secret by the manufacturer.
Rutte celery Gin is golden, as a result of its ageing in wood, very balanced and aromatic and with long finish.
