San Román Malvasía 2018 is an exceptional white wine from Bodegas Maurodos, made with Malvasía Castellana grapes from old vineyards located in Toro.

This wine stands out for its complexity, structure and great aging capacity, offering a unique and sophisticated interpretation of this native variety.

Tasting notes San Román Malvasía:

Appearance: Bright golden yellow color with straw reflections.

Nose: Intense aromas of ripe white fruit (pear, apple), with floral notes, herbaceous touches and a subtle mineral background. Its aging in barrels provides nuances of honey, nuts and soft spices.

Taste: Balanced, creamy and structured, with vibrant acidity and a persistent finish with hints of toasted almonds and candied citrus.
