Description
Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante is pressed from white Glera grapes and comes from the protected growing region of Veneto in the heart of northern Italy.
Its intense perlage is the result of the longer fermentation process that Glera grapes undergo. With an alcohol content of 11% ABV, what makes this product special is its pearlisation with tiny, fine carbon dioxide bubbles. They are the result of the second natural fermentation in tank.
Tasting notes Prosecco Scavi & Ray Spumante
Extra dry in the mouth, clean in the mouth, juicy and with a clearly perceptible note of acidity.
Subtle fruity, citrus, apple, slightly mineral and smoky notes on the nose.
