Description
Seventh Sense verdejo is a white of the V.T. Castilla elaborated BY the Grupo Vintae with 100, 7% Verdejo. It is made from old vineyards, located in high areas, where the grapes ripen slowly.
Ageing in French and American oak barrels for a period of 3 months.
7th Sense Tasting Note Verdejo
Seventh Sense Verdejo is pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fruity aromas such as peach are combined in the nose with cut grass, balsamic and mineral, as well as citrus notes.
Volume and persistence in the mouth, with a well-integrated acidity and the characteristic aftertaste aniseed.
