Description
SericisCepas Viejas Merseguera is the new Monovarietal white WINE of Bodegas Murviedro. Elaborated 100% with Merseguera, it leads the bet of Bodegas Murviedro by a varietal with a lot of potential that was being forgotten.
Elaboration under the technique of carbonic maceration of the Merseguera variety. When the intracellular fermentation reaches the 2 alcoholic degrees it is pressed and the fermentation is finished in oak casks. The battonage is carried out once a week to make a crianza on Lees for two months.
Tasting notes of Sericis old strains Merseguera
Sericis strains old Merseguera is yellow with greenish hues, very bright.
Nose of medium intensity with notes of ripe bone fruit, accompanied by floral component, finishing with soft touches of fennel, balsamic.
In the mouth is unctuous, with weight in the mouth, memories of apricot, oreillons. A wine with Mediterranean air, balanced acidity and a sensation of remarkable length. Very persistent.
