Description

Soave Pieropan is a white wine from the Valpolicella DOC made by the Tommasi winery with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave.

Pieropan Soave is a typical and paradigmatic classic of the Soave region, characterised by its youth and freshness. It comes exclusively from the vineyards owned by the winery located in the classic area of Soave and is made entirely from native vines. The history of this wine dates back to 1890, when Leonildo Pieropan decided to start experimenting with wine production from his family's vineyards. Since then, the legacy has been carried on by his grandson, Leonildo, who has turned Pieropan into a modern and technological winery, always keeping at heart the ancient rural traditions that are the basis for creating authentic labels, such as this Soave.

Pieropan Soave Tasting Notes

Sight: To the eye, the Pieropan Soave presents an attractive straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, indicating its freshness and youth.

Nose: On the nose, this wine opens with delicate floral notes which then develop into aromas of yellow fruits, vines and elderberries. Mineral hints are also perceived, adding complexity and elegance to its bouquet.

Palate: On the palate, Pieropan Soave is agile, dry, mineral and fruity. Its balance and pleasant persistence make it an extremely pleasant choice to enjoy at any time of conviviality. It is ideal as an accompaniment to dishes
