Sovereign is a brandy 100% distilled wine produced by Gonzalez Byass. Aged in American oak casks, previously mixed with sherry wine, through the traditional system of Soleras. Their aging period is at least one year.

Sovereign is amber-coloured with gold reflections. Fragrant bouquet with touches of oak wood mixed with nuts. Flavor with a lot of body, round, tasty, soft and pleasing to the palate.
