Sothis is a gin made with botanicals sourced from the terroirs of the Rhône corridor.
Sothis gin is a limited edition gin from the renowned maison M.Chapoutier. It is handcrafted in the heart of Tain l'Hermitage (Vallé du Rhône, France) from the finest grapes and floral tradition in the world, worked with biodynamic techniques under the watchful eye of Sothis, the star and also the ancient goddess of fertility.
Made from organic grapes, juniper and red juniper.
Tasting notes of Sothis
The nose is finely spiced, evolving and acquiring more floral and exotic notes, from camomile to mango and aromatic herbs that spice up on the palate.
On the palate there is a parade of aromas that follow one after the other with smoothness and tension. From citrus to spices reminiscent of lemon thyme, verbena and juniper character.
