Symphonie Rosé Magnum is a rosé wine made by Château Sainte Marguerite in Côtes de Provence from Grenache and Cinsault.

Since 1955, Château Sainte Marguerite has been one of the 18 prestigious classified vintages of Provence. 45 years of excellence and passion in the service of an exceptional vineyard.

Symphonie Rosé is made by cold pellicular maceration before pressing. Thermoregulated vinification. Ageing in tanks on fine lees. Clarification and filtration before bottling.

Symphonie Rosé tasting notes

Fresh character and a very pure intensity, underlined by notes of white peach and aniseed.
A captivating flavour journey with a crisp and spicy sensation, which excels in its digestibility and freshness. The slightly spicy finish on an aniseed background gives it a very pleasant aromatic persistence.
