Description
Tequila Altos Olmeca Blanco is a white tequila, young, made from 100% blue Agave sown in Mexico in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalísco. Designed for bartenders by bartenders, it is one of the few tequilas that include the Tahona method in its process, a tradition of more than 500 years; The agave is macerated with volcanic stone, which gives a much more intense flavor and highlights the aromatic properties of the plant.
This tequila is produced in the Colonial distillery of Jalisco, in Los Altos, Jalisco, by Maestro Tequila Jesús Hernández, who supervises the entire production process; From harvest to bottling. The tradition and quality of high Olmec Tequila is also due to the use of copper stills during distillation, which, according to the production team, provides a soft and enriched product.
