High-Olmec tequila reposed is a tequila made 100% blue Agave sown in Mexico in the Highlands. It is one of the few tequilas that include the Tahona method in its process, a tradition of more than 500 years. Selected with two gold medals two silver and a score of 92 on 100.
This tequila is produced in the Colonial distillery of Jalisco, in Los Altos, Jalisco, by Maestro Tequila Jesús Hernández, who supervises the entire production process; From harvest to bottling. The tradition and quality of high Olmec Tequila is also due to the use of copper stills during distillation, which, according to the production team, provides a soft and enriched product.
