Inspired by the legacy of the great whisky masters and the diversity of cask styles that enrich our process, this whisky captures extraordinary complexity in aroma, texture and flavour. TIME : SPACE Mastery incorporates the learnings from its bicentennial journey directly into the art of winemaking, underlining the importance of community in the creation of a product of this magnitude. The essential ingredients stand out: the barley, the grapes used to season the sherry and our exceptional oak casks. 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Warm cherry.

Nose: Sumptuous aromas of Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate, accompanied by delicate notes of honey and a tropical character evoking dried mango and ripe papaya. All wrapped in the complexity of sweet oak.

Palate: A pronounced sweetness unfolds with sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb. Gentle spice notes of ginger and cinnamon appear, adding depth.

Finish: Luscious bursts of caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla linger, balanced with subtle hints of dark chocolate and coffee.
