The Singleton Spey Cascade Single Malt

Singleton Spey Cascade is a Scottish single malt, made by the Dufftown distillery, from a balanced blend of whiskeys aged in bourbon and sherry barrels. A fruity, nutty whiskey. In sight it has a burnished copper color. On the nose it is soft and fresh with a brief and fruity note of baked apples on granulated cereals and slightly powdery and woody nuances.

On the palate it is smooth, minty and dry. It presents sweet and fruity flavors, stewed apple. It is a whiskey balanced by tasty notes. It has a smooth and fruity aftertaste with menthol, marzipan, cherry and dark chocolate.
