Uncle Pepe ages for four years in American oak casks, in the traditional system of Criaderas and screeds, under a layer of yeast called ' Flor ' and which isolates the protecting wine from oxidation.
Uncle Pepe's Tasting notes
Uncle Pepe is a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Clean and sharp in the nose, aromas of noble crianza in flower, notes of angel hair, with memories of nuts (almond), sea touch and saline. In the mouth it is dry, tasty, fluid and light, with good balance, aromatic and clean by the retronasal way. Elegant bitterness and saline tip at the end of the mouth.
