Description
Harvesting and ageing of Oremus Furmint Dry Mandolás
In the weeks preceding the harvest, the ripeness of the grapes is systematically checked and the ripe, healthy, golden-yellow bunches are harvested.
A very dense must is obtained by a delicate and gentle pressing, fermentation is carried out in new, carefully prepared wooden barrels and lasts between 8 and 12 days.
The wine is aged in small barrels of 136 litres capacity, typical of the area.

Appearance: Oremus Mandolás Tokaji Dry has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose: Mineral notes, fruity aromas, fresh fruit, hay and citrus notes.
Palate: Elegant, unctuous, fresh, fruity and smoky notes.
