Description

Tomatin Cask Strength is presented as a generous 57.5% alcohol by volume. Released in early 2015, this is the first cask strength to join the core Tomatin range. This expression matures in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks.

COLOUR: Bright amber with reddish hints.

NOSE: aromas of golden syrup and ginger biscuits.

PALATE: malt and marzipan flavours lead to a dry, lingering spicy finish.
