TR Monastrell crianza 2015 is a red wine of the D.O. Alicante elaborated by Bodegas Monovar. Manual harvesting, selection table. Maceration in 10 days under temperature control at 26 °c. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent ageing of 6 months in French oak casks.
