Description
Va de Bo is a red wine produced by Finca Collado with Bobal grapes in the Alicante DOP.
Bobal grape from the upper part of the Vinalopó region, where it used to have a certain popularity and now there are only a few small plots left, like ours, which we have managed to recover. Fermented with part of the whole bunches, aged for 12 months in 500L barrels.
Tasting Notes of Va de Bo
VIEW: Bright ruby colour, medium-low robe.
NOSE: On the nose, the fruity and fresh nuances characteristic of the variety stand out, with spicy, toasted notes and a touch of honey.
MOUTH: A characteristic freshness and a creamy texture in balance with docile and round tannins that accompany the long passage in the mouth, Va de Bo does not leave the palate indifferent.
