Description
Valché is a red wine made with the Monastrell variety in the PDO Bullas by Bodega Monastrell.
Its wines are produced 100% under the D.O.P. Bullas seal. They are certified and thus guarantee the origin of the grapes harvested from their plots located in the Aceniche Valley. They are a 100% organic winery. All the wines are produced according to European Union standards and have an organic certification that guarantees their respectful production.
Made with selected grapes from vines over 32 years old, trained in goblet vines. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26-27ºC for 7 days. Maceration for 45 days, pressing and spontaneous and immediate malolactic fermentation. Ageing in new French oak barrels. The Aceniche Valley has been declared a site of natural landscape value for its beauty, ecological value and unique microclimate, covered with vineyards that they respect and care for, as it is here that they produce the best grapes for their wines.
Valché Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep ruby red, very lively and bright, even without treatment, clarification or filtering. The high level of very attractive colour shows the enormous capacity of this wine to develop.
Smell: Intense and complex aroma. Aromas of ripe red fruits and spices stand out: vanilla, cocoa, toffee and menthol with subtle mineral notes. They create a very pleasant and intense set of harmonious sensations.
Taste: A very elegant and serious wine on the palate. Intense and ample, it quickly fills up with very rich nuances: very ripe fruit and spicy and menthol notes aged in oak barrels. It is a very smooth, tasty and persistent wine.
